Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel certainly reflects the communist era with its chipped paint and old furniture but offers clean and spacious rooms. The female receptionist provided excellent service, and the location is conveniently close to bus and train stations. The dining experience was described as fine with a variety of options. Overall, the hotel presents a mix of historical charm with a few drawbacks but ensures a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms were cleaned daily and the sheets and towels were changed regularly, the overall cleanliness was lacking with dust and flies around, giving off the smell of an old house. The furniture was also quite dated. On the bright side, the female receptionist and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful, providing insights on Prague attractions. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and landmarks, just a short walk from the old town. The dining experience offered a good variety of meals, although slightly more pricey than expected. Overall, a decent stay with some areas for improvement.
