great stay with friendly staff

peaceful evening friendly staff good breakfast

the room was super clean and faced the back, so it was very peaceful. i found the staff very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was quite alright. everything was as advertised, which i appreciated. the location was good too, definitely recommend.

I found the stairs a little uncomfortable, especially when i had luggage. There wasn't anyone available to assist at that moment. it would be nice to have some help with that.

the hotel offered easy online check-in with a door access code. there were lovely people at the reception, very helpful if you needed anything. this made arrival and departure smooth.

The room was impeccably clean. I appreciated the proximity to public transportation as buses and trams were nearby. The hotel provided a convenient and easy way to access various points of interest throughout the area.

The breakfast start time at 08:00 was a bit late for early risers.

basic stay with some drawbacks

unpleasant smell flat pillows

i was disappointed with a few things . the bathroom had an unpleasant smell coming from the drains, quite off-putting. also, the pillows were very flat and the mattress was not comfortable at all. i ended up with back pain after just a few nights.

The room was clean and spacious (which I really appreciated). The breakfast offered many options. The location was convenient to the bus and train lines.

The room had thin pillows. The courtyard could get noisy with neighbors. The TV was quite small.
